KUMAR ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 27-09-2022 Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s): (I) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction including a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the oral order dated 6.9.2019 passed on behalf of Respondent No. 1 by which respondents have terminated the services of the petitioner with ulterior motive in arbitrary and mala fide manner flimsy ground and without any cause of action without even a formal notice and thus without considering the case of the petitioner on merit whatsoever manner for the ends of substantial justice;

(ii) For issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions upon the respondents to consider restoration of the service of the Petitioner as before 6.9.2019;

(iii) For issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions upon the respondents for making compensation to the tune of about Rs. 1 crore or more for which this petitioner may be found entitled to in the eye of the Hon'ble Court in fact and peculiar circumstances of the case as deemed fit and proper in the eyes of this Hon'ble Court.

After the matter was heard for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition reserving liberty to initiate appropriate proceeding, in accordance with law.
