2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file detailed representation before the District Programme Officer (Establishment) Bhagalpur- respondent no. 5.

3. The District Programme Officer (Establishment) Bhagalpur- respondent no. 5 is directed to abide by the mandate of Rule 9 of the Bihar Government Servants (Classification,

Patna High Court CWJC No.19395 of 2024(2) dt.03-01-2025 2/2 Control & Appeal) Rules, 2005 in considering the representation filed on behalf of the petitioner and dispose of the representation expeditiously in accordance with law.

4. In case, the District Programme Officer (Establishment) Bhagalpur- respondent no. 5 fails to do so, the petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate action against him in accordance with law.

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
