2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Petitioner is said to have kidnapped the daughter of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that the statement of the girl was recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. which gives altogether a different story. He submits that the petitioner is the mother of co-accused Md. Manish @ Raja. He submits that there is no specific overt act against the petitioner. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87896 of 2024(3) dt.04-03-2025 2/2 bail application and she is languishing in judicial custody since 25.09.2024.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Aandar P.S. Case No. 61 of 2022.
