2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bagaha Mahila P.S. Case No. 21 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 376, 313, 504 and 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 4/8 of the POCSO Act, lodged on 16.03.2022 by the informant, Sheetal Kumari.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant has alleged that she had physical relationship with one Raghvendra Mishra but on the pretext of marriage he took her in confidence and later his associates namely Dhananjay Yadav, Pappu Yadav as also this petitioner also committed rape and facilitated Raghvendra Mishra in her abortion. Accordingly, the FIR.

4. The lady has alleged that this petitioner also raped

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85739 of 2023(2) dt.29-01-2024 2/2 her. In that background, no case for anticipatory bail is made out.
