2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 342, 323 , 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act. 3 . As per the prosecution case , this petitioner fired upon the informant which hit his head as a result of which he sustained injury .

4. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged. Falsity of the prosecution case is apparent from the fact alone that as per F.I.R., petitioner is alleged to have fired with pistol but as per injury report informant sustained injury caused by hard and

5. Learned counsel for the State and informant opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM 1st Roshera in connection with Larjhaghat P.S. case No. 27 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
