04-12-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 109, 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per F.I.R., allegation against petitioners is that they along with other two co-accused assaulted both sons of informant with fists and kicks, causing death of elder son of informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are family members of co-accused Sanjeev Kumar and have been falsely implicated in this case only on the allegation that they also assaulted the deceased with fists & kicks, but there is no such injury on the person of deceased.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 404 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
