2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Neemchandpura P.S. Case No. 81 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 3(5) of the BNS.
3. The allegation against the petitioner is of causing assault to the father of the informant by means of spade due to which, he sustained a cut injury. It is also alleged that the son of the petitioner has also repeatedly assaulted the informant over his head by means of spade due to which he also sustained grievous injury.
4. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that only because of the fact that the petitioner being the father of

No.83358 of 2025(2) dt.17-12-2025 2/3 co-accused Dinesh Kumar @ Sagun, who has repeatedly assaulted the informant, the name of the petitioner has been implicated in this case in order to wreak vengeance and put pressure. So far the injury, which is allegedly sustained to the father of the informant is concerned, there is no discussion in the impugned order. However, even if the allegation is taken to be true for the sake of argument, the same is allegedly sustained over the hand of the informant's father and on non vital part. The petitioner bears fair antecedent and he undertakes that he will fully cooperate in the proceeding of the court. There is counter version of the present case being Complaint Case No. 1009 of 2025 instituted against the informant and others.
5. On the other hand, learned Advocate for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that the entire incidence took place on the instigation made by the petitioner and he has actively participated in the crime.

Regard being had to the submissions made on behalf of the parties and considering the nature of accusation against the petitioner, coupled with the fair antecedent, let the petitioner abovenamed be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this

No.83358 of 2025(2) dt.17-12-2025 3/3 order, upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Neemchandpura P.S. Case No. 81 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, with the further condition that one of the bailors shall be the own/close family members of the petitioner.
