1. The defects pointed out by the Registry are ignored.

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the contemnors has submitted that the encroachment in question has already stood removed.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case the petitioner is still having any grievance, he be granted liberty to take recourse to the due process of law, for redressal of his subsisting grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
