2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Bakhtiarpur P.S. Case No. 440 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The petitioners are accused of committing theft of a Tata Magic van.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioners have clean antecedent and are in jail since 13.10.2023.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-III, Barh, Patna in connection with Bakhtiarpur P.S. Case No. 440 of 2023.
7. The petitioners will also mark attendance in Hisua Police Station, Nawada on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioners. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
