Today, learned counsel for the State on instruction submitted that he has no objection to dispose of the present L.P.A. in terms of L.P.A. No. 1678 of 2015, arising out C.W.J.C. No. 3356 of 2015.
Accordingly, the present L.P.A. stands disposed of in terms of the order dated 16.08.2018 passed in L.P.A. No. 1678 of 2015.
