2. This application has been for directing the respondents to remove the encroachment made by the respondent no. 5 over the land in question.

In view of the prayer made by the petitioner, the Circle Officer, Shivsagar, Rohtas is directed to dispose of the representation dated 01.12.2023 pending before him, filed by the petitioner in accordance with law after hearing all the concerned parties preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. If need arises, he will initiate encroachment case under the Bihar Public
