The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Purnahia PS.Case NO.59/19 registered for offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case motorcycle of the informant was stolen by unknown miscreants and name of the petitioner transpired on the confessional statement of the co-accused. Apart from that it appears that he is accused in three other cases. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that so far this petitioner is concerned except the confessional statement there is nothing against him. He is in custody for about three months.

No.77074 of 2019(2) dt.13-01-2020 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of submissions made above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Sheohar in connection with Purnahia P.S.Caase No.59 of 2019 with condition that he has to appear before the local police station of his area in the last week of each month for a period of six months so that the police may watch his conduct.
Let a copy of this order be communicated to the S.P., Sheohar for the needful..
With the above direction, this application is allowed.
