It is submitted that both the parties have entered into a compromise.

In view of the compromise, learned counsel for the petitioner is handing over a draft of rupees one lakh fifteen thousand (Rs. 1,50,000/-) to the learned Advocate for the otherside Mr. Udit Narayan Singh assisted by Shri Gajendra Kumar Singh.

Mr. Udit Narayan Singh says that his client is now no more interested in prosecuting the case.

In view of the above, exercising my power under Section 482 of the Cr. P.C., the F.I.R. (Hussainganj P.S. Case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 82105 of 2019(7) dt.03-11-2021 2/2 No. 196/2019) registered for the offences under sections 341/342/323/498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act, is hereby quashed.
