2. Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State by Shri Jharkhandi Upadhyay, learned APP for the State.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajiv Nagar P.S. Case No. 363 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the prosecution case, the dacoits committed dacoity in the house of the informant and looted Rs. 2,45,000/- and some parcels.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 13.02.2024.

6. The name of the petitioner has come in the self inculpatory statement of the co-accused and in the trial, all the witnesses have been examined.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
