No. 1866 of 2018 by which the learned Single Judge has dismissed the writ application and refused to interfere in the order dated 28.7.2017 passed by the Secretary, Bihar State Madarsa Education Board, Patna whereby he has directed the District Education Officer to make on the spot enquiry of Madarsa Gulzaria Warisul Uloom Laucha (Madarsa No. 1190) in the District of Katihar."

Learned counsel for the appellant states that petitioner shall be content if the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present petition reserving liberty to file appropriate representation/petition before the appropriate authorities vending out his grievance.

All issues left open.

Accordingly, the present appeal stands disposed of with the liberty aforesaid.
