2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Goreyakothi P.S. Case No. 63 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, five unknown criminals committed loot of motorcycle, purse containing ATM Card, PAN Card, Aadhar Card and Rs. 5000/- cash, a gold chain and a mobile phone belonging to the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 18.07.2023. The name of the petitioner has come in this case on the self-inculpatory

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that the petitioner has ten criminal antecedents of similar and serious nature. .

6. Considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
