Deceased Vishal Samrat was taken away by Arun Kumar Yadav, Balmiki Yadav, Sippu Kumar, Amit Kumar, daughter's son of Kameshwar Mandal on the pretext of being called by Balmiki Yadav and since thereafter, he did not return. They have tried to contact but in vein. Lastly, mobile was lifted by a police official who disclosed regarding hanging of dead body in the house of Balmiki Yadav. So, shown suspicion against all of them.

From perusal of the case diary, it is apparent that none is an eye witness to the occurrence. Therefore, there would be conjoint liability of all of them and in the aforesaid facts and

Accordingly, the petitioner Sippu Kumar @ Simpu Kumar @ Simpu Kumr is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in Lakhisarai P.S.Case No. 266/2017.
