2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Chand P.S. Case No. 170/2024 dated 17.08.2024 registered for the offence punishable u/ss 103(1) read with Section 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and the co-accused persons arrived at the house of the informant and kept the informant in a room and thereafter, assaulted the informant's husband and killed him by pressing his neck and hanged him in the Dalan.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86560 of 2024(2) dt.05-02-2025 2/2 this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner is a lady who is gotni of the informant. Learned counsel has submitted that the petitioner has not committed any crime and there is no eye witness of the alleged occurrence because the deceased has committed suicide. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 16.08.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Chand P.S. Case No. 170/2024.

7. The application stands allowed.
