2. The sole grievance of the petitioners is that their pension has not been fixed as per the provisions of the Employees Pension Scheme, 1995 but the counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Employees Provident Fund Organization and a supplementary counter affidavit has also been filed stating therein that there is no error in fixing the pension of the petitioners.

3. Having considered the submissions and the facts, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the petitioners that if the petitioners find that their pensions are not fixed according to any rules of the Employees Pension Scheme, 1995, the petitioners may file representation before the Commissioner, Employees Provident Fund Organization, who shall decide the representation of the petitioners within two months from the date of receipt of such representation.

4. With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
