ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 09-04-2024 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition with a leave to assail the impugned order by way of statutory appeal. Learned counsel has stated that a time frame may be fixed by this Court directing the Tribunal to decide the
Patna High Court CWJC No.18514 of 2023(2) dt.09-04-2024 2/2 appeal.
2. Having regard to the same, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with a leave to file a statutory appeal before the Tribunal within a period of four weeks from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order. On filing of the said appeal, the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of the filing of the appeal.
3. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
