2. The aforesaid Interlocutory Application for adding the names of intervenor respondents as mentioned in the said Interlocutory Application.

3. The parties present in the writ petition have no objection.

4. In that background, I.A. No. 01 of 2026 is allowed.

5. Let the intervenor respondents be treated as respondents in the writ petition. Office to do the needful.

6. I.A. No. 01 of 2026 stands disposed of.

7. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"(i) for issuance of writ(s), or order(s) or direction(s) to the respondent authorities for measurement and demarcation of the land of the petitioner under police protection for which the petitioner has already deposited the measurement fee.

(ii) for issuance of any other writ(s), order (s), or direction (s) as may be deemed fit and proper by this Hon'ble Court."

8. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will suffice if he is allowed to approach the competent Revenue Authority for the redressal of the grievance.

9. Though, learned counsel for the respondents submit that it is purely a civil dispute, if only liberty to approach the Revenue Authority has been taken, they have no objection.

10. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate Revenue Authority/competent Civil Court for the redressal of the grievance.

11. Limitation, if any, needs to be considered sympathetically.
