Patna High Court CR. WJC No.81 of 2025(2) dt.17-04-2025 2/2 following reliefs:- "1. For directing the respondents especially respondent no. 1, 2 and 3 to pass an appropriate order on the representation filed by the petitioner with respect to grant of sanction against respondent No. 5 and 6 as prescribed under Section 197 of the Cr. P.C. arising out of Complaint Case No. 91/2024."

4. It is for the State Government to grant sanction or refuse sanction. This Court will not pass any direction for grant of sanction.
