During course of unloading of wine from a truck bearing Registration No. MP-13H/0127 in the dead of the night, raid was conducted and during course thereof, the miscreants slipped taking benefit of the darkness. On search, altogether 2727 litres foreign liquor (Indian origin) have been seized. From perusal of the case diary, it is apparent that there happens to be no concrete evidence with regard to proper identification save and except that from villagers, the prosecution party came to know with regard to active participation of Karu Singh, Rohit Kumar, Amit Kumar, Bumbum Jha (petitioner), Mithilesh Kumar and others. Other accused are on bail.

No.79018 of 2019(4) dt.09-06-2020 2/2 Accordingly, let petitioner, BUMBUM JHA be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Nawada in connection with Warsaliganj P.S. Case No. 182 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
