2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No.13 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable u/s 30(a)/36 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Altogether 10 litres of country made mahua liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. She has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious physical possession of the petitioner. She has no concern either with the seized liquor or any trade of liquor. She was not apprehended on the spot and her name transpired in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86624 of 2024(2) dt.08-01-2025 2/2 case on the basis of suspicion. The place of recovery is a joint house property. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent as mentioned in para 3 of the bail application.

5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering that recovery has been made from the house of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge her on anticipatory bail. The prayer for grant of bail on behalf of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
