2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections s 354(A), 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 8/12 of POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, allegation against the petitioner is that he alongwith other coaccused persons misbehaved with the daughter of the

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Informant is not the eyewitness to the alleged occurrence. The petitioner is in no way connected with the alleged occurrence. There is no substantive evidence to suggest the implication of this petitioner in this case. Similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated November 27, 2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 76782 of 2019.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge - VII-CumExclusive Special Court (P O C SO Act) Patna in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2471 of 2024(3) dt.07-03-2024 3/3 connection with Paliganj P.S. case No. 45 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
