The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Surajgarha (Manikpur) P.S. Case No. 192 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 494/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

According to the first information report, the prosecution case in short is that the informant was married with co-accused Indrajeet Mahto on 03.12.2017 by giving gift in cash etc. It is said that after marriage, the informant went to her Sasural but on 11.02.2019, the accused persons with common intention started torturing, used to assault, stopped fooding and

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. Petitioners are Nanad and Nandosi of the victim. He further submits that they are residing at village- Basauni and they have no knowledge about the second marriage of Indrajit Mahto and they have no concern with the alleged offence. He further submits that the petitioners have got no any criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Surajgarha (Manikpur) P.S. Case No. 192 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
