2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 605 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 319(2)/336(3)/338/340(2)/3(5) of the of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. One Sudhir Kumar was appearing in the examination in place of the petitioner. The petitioner is the beneficiary.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. In these circumstances, this application for grant of anticipatory bail is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to surrender in the court below within four weeks and pray for regular bail and if he surrenders and prays for regular bail, his
