The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the recovery of one country made pistol along with eight live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is in jail custody since 02.08.2019 and the impugned order mentions the same date for incarceration of the petitioner while as per seizure list, it is apparent that the petitioner was taken into custody on 07.02.2019, so the date of custody of the petitioner mentioned in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77792 of 2019(2) dt.29-11-2019 2/2 order impugned as well as in the instant petition are typographical error. So, it is clear that the petitioner has completed his custody for more than six months. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rajiv Ranjan, Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Begusarai in connection with Naokothi P.S.Case No.11 of 2019.
