Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in custody since 21.06.2019. According to FIR, the occurrence of robbery of a mobile, wallet along with cash of Rs.5,000/- has been committed. Investigation of the case is complete.

Submission is that the petitioner was never put on test identification parade nor any incriminating article was recovered from his possession.

Considering the aforesaid submission, let the above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75874 of 2019(2) dt.28-11-2019 2/2 named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I, Saran in connection with Sonepur P.S.Case No.282 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
