2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sanokhar P.S. Case No. 101 of 2024 instituted for the offence under Sections 302 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Prosecution case in short is that the daughter of the informant has been done to death allegedly by the petitioner and her son.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged against him and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no

No.88803 of 2024(4) dt.26-06-2025 2/3 concern and connection either with the alleged occurrence or with the internal dispute of husband and wife rather the deceased has committed suicide. The Informant is not the eyewitness to the alleged occurrence and has raised only suspicion against the petitioner and there is no allegation of demand of dowry against him. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as has been stated in paragraph no.3 of the present anticipatory bail application. Charge-sheet has been submitted in this case.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the husband of the deceased namely Sonu Ansari @ Md. Sonu has been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 08.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 84365 of 2024.

6. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, stating that the offence alleged is serious in nature. Postmortem report supports the prosecution case.

7. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case and taking into account the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of

No.88803 of 2024(4) dt.26-06-2025 3/3 Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Sanokhar P.S. Case No. 101 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the B.N.S.S.
