The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shrikrishnapuri P.S. Case No.422 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 27 of the Arms Act. 3.

As per the F.I.R., the petitioner is alleged to have killed the deceased after hatching conspiracy. A detailed planning was made to kill the deceased.

Other accused persons have conspired in killed the deceased but the name of the petitioner has not come as the main conspirator. During investigation, it has come that after killing the deceased the assailants of the deceased had gone to Begusarai in the vehicle provided by the petitioner. The

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4945 of 2024(3) dt.21-03-2024 2/2 petitioner in in custody since 22.08.2023.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if the charge has not already been framed on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Patna, in connection with Shrikrishnapuri P.S. Case No.422 of 2022.
