The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 407 of 2019, G.R. No. 2498 of 2019 for offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner has given iron rod blow on the informant which caused injury.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner and the informant are students of the same institution. The parties have filed joint compromise petition in the court below vide Annexure-2. Two of the co-accused have been granted bail by the court below itself.

No.76609 of 2019(2) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that the petitioner is student and the parties have entered into compromise, although the offence is not compoundable, for the purpose of bail, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 407 of 2019, G.R. No. 2498 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.

One of the bailors shall be the parent.
