The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jakanpur P.S. Case No. 414 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.
The allegation is regarding recovery of two country made pistols and some live cartridges from the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and though, he is accused in two other cases but he is on bail in one of the said cases. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct for release of the petitioner on regular bail immediately upon completion of nine months of custody i.e. with effect from 6.7.2019 and subject to such other conditions as may be imposed by the learned court of A.C.J.M. 1, Patna in connection with Jakanpur P.S. Case No. 414 of 2019.
The present petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
