After the matter was heard for some time, learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal reserving liberty to seek review of the impugned judgement dated 19.07.2018 passed by a learned Single Judge in CWJC No.2289 of 2016.

Liberty granted.

For the period for which the appellants have been pursuing before this Court, limitation shall not come in the way if the review petition is filed within a period of two months from today.

The appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
