JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 02-08-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that inadvertently in the description of respondent no. 3 in place of Officer-in-Charge, Sikraul Police Station, Buxar, district - Buxar, Officer-in-Charge, Obra Police Station, Aurangabad, District - Buxar has wrongly been typed. Similarly in respect of respondent nos. 1 & 2 the description of District - Aurangabad has been wrongly recorded, and, therefore, the petitioner may be permitted to make necessary correction in the petition in course of the day and a corrected description of the parties be mentioned in the order dated 01.11.2018.

Learned counsel for the State is present and has no objection to the same.
