The present Writ Petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "......for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for commanding the respondents authorities to settle the death claim of the petitioner's wife Late Malti Devi who was a policy holder bearing Policy No. 859387523 dated 31.12.2021 till 28.12.2036 in yearly premium of Rs. 72457/- which is upto

Patna High Court CWJC No.2116 of 2024(2) dt.03-05-2024 2/2 date on the date of Death of Malti Devi on 30.03.2022 her death was in policy risk period."

Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, having regard to the fact that the petitioner is having an alternate and efficacious remedy of ventilating his grievance before the Insurance Ombudsmen, the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Insurance Ombudsmen within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. On the receipt of the said grievance, the Insurance Ombudsmen shall endeavour to dispose of the same within a further period of four weeks thereof.

2. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
