The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 970 of 2019 arising out of Salimpur P.S. Case No. 264 of 2018 registered under Sections 365, 380, 427, 436, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that the co-accused Swarth Rai having more or less identical allegation to that of the petitioner has already been granted bail vide order dated 28.08.2019 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 52363 of 2019, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
