JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-02-2020 The learned senior counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to assail the impugned order in appeal under Rule 32 sub-clause (iii) of the Bihar Targeted P.D.S. (Control) Order, 2016.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to file appeal against the impugned order dated 24.09.2019, whereby and whereunder the P.D.S. license of the petitioner bearing License No. 12/2016 has been cancelled.

It is needless to state that in case any appeal is filed

Patna High Court CWJC No.201 of 2020(2) dt.18-02-2020 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, the appellate authority shall decide the case of the petitioner on merits, preferably within a period of six months from the date of filing of the appeal.
