2. The petition is dismissed.

3. The petitioners are at liberty to challenge the decision of respondent No. 7, whereby the Online application forms for membership of the petitioners for Damodarpur PACS have been rejected on several grounds, one being that one of their relatives is a member of the aforesaid PACS whose name appears in the voter list.

4. As and when such an appeal shall be filed, the same shall be disposed of by the concerned respondent without any delay.

5. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
