A dispute arose while prosecution party were engaged in affixing pipe under Government scheme and during course thereof, the accused persons named therein including the petitioner armed variously arrived and brutally assaulted Pawan Yadav (since deceased), Manoj Yadav, ChunchunYadav and Nanku Yadav. Although, the written report carries omnibus allegation, however, Bankey Yadav as well as Mukesh Yadav had specifically been alleged to have assaulted Pawan Yadav over his head, neck by sword as well as Farsa which subsequently proved fatal.

The petitioner happens to be under custody since 18.06.2019 having no criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner Lalo Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A.K. Raj, learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur (Gidhaur O.P.) P.S. Case No.204 of 2019 arising out of G.R. No.1545 of 2019. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J) skpathak/- U T
