2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 302, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against petitioner, as per F.I.R., is that he alongwith other co-accused persons killed the son of informant and thereafter, threw his dead-body in a pond.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant is not eye-witness to the occurrence and only suspicion has been raised against petitioner due to old enmity. Petitioner is in custody since 23.09.2024, having clean antecedent. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. with specific allegation that he alongwith others committed the murder of son of informant. During course of investigation, four witnesses have claimed to have seen the petitioner committing the offence.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
