JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 16-09-2019 Counsel for the opposite parties has filed show cause placing on record proceedings of the District Selection Committee dated 29.05.2018. Petitioners' claim for regularization has been rejected.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that reasons assigned for rejecting petitioners' claim are factually incorrect and unsustainable.

In view of show cause placing on record consideration of the petitioners' claim this court would record substantial compliance of writ court's order.

Petitioners would be at liberty to assail the order in an appropriate proceeding.
