The notification for acquisition of land does not show that the land belongs to the petitioner. This court, in such circumstance, is not inclined to interfere in the matter. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to file petition before the Land Acquisition Authority in order to show
Patna High Court CWJC No.25512 of 2019(2) dt.19-12-2019 2/2 that his land fall within the alignment of railway track. Having considered the submissions, this writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file petition before the Land Acquisition Authority, who shall pass order on the petition of the petitioner, in accordance with law. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
