The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

200 lt. of liquor was recovered from the tractor of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the presumption of involvement of the petitioner as drawn in Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
