2. Present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to pay salary to the petitioner which is due since 25.7.2014 to 7.11.2023.

3. At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that on 14.11.2024, petitioner has already filed a detailed representation (annexure P/4 to the writ petition) before the District Education Officer, Nalanda (respondent no.4) for redressal of the grievances but till date the same has not yet been disposed of. He submits that a direction may be given to the concerned respondent to dispose of the aforesaid representation.

4. In view of the nature of prayer made in the writ petition, let respondent no.4 dispose of the representation of the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law after hearing the parties, within a period of three months
