2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 207 of 2020, lodged on 04.05.2020 under Sections 302, 201, 120(B), 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 18.10.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24411 of 2022 with liberty to the petitioner that he may renew his prayer for bail nine months after framing of charge. Counsel further submits that the charge was not framed then the petitioner has move before this Court and a report has been called for vide order no.2 dated 05.01.2024, and then only the charge has been framed in this

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 17.01.2022.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that this case is pre-mature.

6. In the present facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 207 of 2020, pending before the learned District & Sessions Judge, Araria is hereby rejected as pre-mature.
