2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Muffasil (Motihari) P.S. Case No. 567 of 2024registered for the offence punishable under Sections 317(4) and 317(5) of the B.N.S.

3. The case of the prosecution is that from the house of this petitioner, stolen bike was recovered while the police has gone to raid in connection with other case. It has also been alleged that on his disclosure, one other bike was recovered.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this

It has also been submitted that there is no case filed against the bikes which are recovered. Petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 13.12.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the application for bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Muffasil (Motihari) P.S.
