JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-09-2022 Though the present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 13.7.2018, issued by the Circle Officer, Raghunathpur whereby and whereunder the Incharge Officer, District Revenue Branch, Siwan has been directed to settle the land in question in favour of one Ranjay Kumar, however, it has been brought to the notice of this Court by the proposed intervenor, namely, Vinay Kumar that settlement has already been made in favour of Vinay Kumar, hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to assail the same
