2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was rejected on 23.12.2021 in criminal miscellaneous no. 21340/2020 but as a matter of fact, he is not involved in the occurrence.

3. Since the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was rejected way back in the year 2021, I do not find any reason to reconsider the earlier order. Accordingly, this bail petition is rejected.

4. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the
