The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore M.J.C. No. 3360 of 2017, which stood dismissed due to non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 04-07-2018. On perusal of record of M.J.C. No. 3360 of 2017, it is evident that on 04-07-2018, two weeks peremptory time was granted for removing defect. However, subsequently it was noticed that in the order dated 04-07-2018, there was some error and on

Patna High Court MJC No.3227 of 2018(5) dt.15-05-2019 2/2 29-08-2018, the same was corrected.

Besides hearing, I have also perused the fact disclosed in the petition and after going through the same, the restoration petition is allowed.

Let M.J.C. No. 3360 of 2017 be restored to its original file.
